Terms and conditions

WeBooster AI creates presentation websites, online shops and other web platforms from the information you give us (the brief). AI proposes the structure, the copy and, on request, images and video; our engine turns them into websites with design made by the WeBooster team.

The flow is: you fill in the brief, receive a free preview, choose a package, we generate the variants and pages, you customise them and then launch the website (with hosting and a domain, on request).

You sign up with Google or with your phone number (SMS code). You must be at least 18 and use the platform for yourself or for the business you represent.

You are responsible for access to your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

The free preview is built from your brief and may be partly locked until payment. It is a demonstration, not the final version of your website.

Prices are in euro and include VAT. What each package includes (design variants, pages, AI edits, AI photos, hosting) is what the pricing page shows at the time of purchase.

Payment is made online through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or with your account credits. We never store card details. Invoices are issued to the details you provide.

Credits pay for extras (for example AI-generated images or video, extra pages and features) and, optionally, for packages. 1 credit = €0.10 including VAT. The credit cost of every option is shown before you confirm.

Credits are not electronic money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. They do not expire while your account is active.

If a generation fails because of us or our providers, the credits used are returned to your account automatically.

Packages and credits are digital content and services supplied immediately after payment. By confirming the payment you expressly request that supply starts immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun (for example after generation has started or credits have been used).

Purchased credits that have not been used can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase by writing to the address below.

The AI only uses the information in your brief and does not invent facts about your business (years of experience, awards, figures, reviews). Generated content may still contain mistakes. Before publishing you check the copy, prices, contact details and any claim, and you are responsible for what you publish.

AI images and video are created for your project, but we cannot guarantee they are unique in an absolute sense.

After full payment you may use the website generated for your project without time limit: the copy, the generated images and the design adapted to your business.

The platform engine, design components, code and templates remain WeBooster's property; you may use them as part of your website but not resell or distribute them separately.

When you create your account and accept these terms, you agree that projects generated on the platform (design, structure, copy and generated images) may be used free of charge, non-exclusively, as examples in the WeBooster AI portfolio and presentation materials (website, presentations, social media).

These examples never show your personal data; the business contact details may be replaced with fictitious ones. You can withdraw this consent at any time in My account → Settings or by writing to us; withdrawal applies to materials created afterwards.

For logos, photos, copy, product lists and other uploads, you confirm you have the right to use them. Reference websites you name are used only as inspiration; we do not copy other websites' content or design.

Using the platform for illegal, misleading, defamatory or obscene content, or content that infringes others' rights, is forbidden. We may suspend projects or accounts that break these rules.

Where a package includes hosting, the first month is free; afterwards hosting and domains are charged according to the offer shown. Domains are registered in your name through our partner ClausWeb.

We do our best to keep the platform working correctly and without interruption, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) arising from the use of the platform or of the generated website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Write to us at office@webooster.ro or on WhatsApp at +40 763 108 698; we reply within 30 days. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL): anpc.ro.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will ask you to accept them again at your next sign-in.
